Our team of tech support professionals helps you get the most out of your implementation with efficient and timely support. Personnel are available by toll-free phone call, email and within the system through e2020 link, which allows staff to log questions or issues regarding technical or product support.

Normal business hours are Mon–Fri 7:00am–7:00pm EST.

After hours support is available Mon–Fri 7:00pm–12:00am (midnight).
Sat 7:30am – 6:00pm EST.

Additional support is available via web conference.

Academic live chat support provided  Mon–Fri 7:00am–11:00pm EST and Sat 10:00am–3:00pm.
